Dan C. Villalanti
President and Founder
Dr. Villalanti was a staff chemist at Shell Development Company, Houston TX. He specialized in hydrocarbon analysis with emphasis on refinery optimization and environmental protection. Over 11 years at Shell, he made advances in Chromatographic separations, octane number prediction and clean fuels development. He received his BS and Ph.D. degrees in Chemistry from the University of Arizona. Dan is a chair for ASTM Committee D.02.04.0K on Correlative Methods and serves as a referee for Journal of Chromatographic Science.
Joy Cocchiara
Chemist/Mass Spectroscopy
Joy joined Triton in 2012 after completing nearly 30 years of service with Shell Oil Company. As an analytical research chemist at Westhollow Technology Center, she developed and applied a variety of mass spectrometry methods in support of the chemical and oil products businesses. As a Communications Manager, she helped develop and promote public policy positions on key issues related to the development of energy. Joy holds a BS in Microbiology from Louisiana State University and a BS in Chemistry from the University of Houston.
David Wadsworth
Chemist/Systems Engineering
David Wadsworth was previously a Naval officer and contractor for NASA Johnson Space Center supporting human space flight systems. His experience has been in modeling and simulation, expert systems data analysis and engineering complex systems. David received his BS in Chemistry from The University of California, Berkeley and his MS from the Naval Postgraduate School - Monterrey, CA.
Kandi Fuchs
Chemist/Chromatography
Kandi rejoined Triton in 2010 after a 17 year hiatus. Previously, she worked for Shell Development Company for 7 years in Electrochemistry and Toxicology Analytical Support. Kandi holds a BS in Medical Technology from the University of Texas.
